Real ADHD honesty
The kind of detail you don't get in a glossy listicle. Symptoms, meds, titration, masking, melt-downs, hyperfocus, all of it.
A chaotic, unfiltered, surprisingly insightful weekly podcast about being a woman in your late 20s and 30s; hosted by two ADHD best friends.
This isn't a polished, perfect "influencer" podcast. This is real-life girlhood with all the mess, humour, and unexpected emotional clarity that comes with it.
Every week, we dive into conversations that flow the way real brains do; distracted, funny, vulnerable, raw, and full of "wait… what were we just talking about?" moments.
If you've ever been told you're "too much," "too sensitive," or "you talk too fast" — you're our people. Welcome in.
"Why does my life fall apart before my period?!"
"Anyway, what was my point?"
"I'm sooo glad I found this podcast! everything you two are saying is resonating soo much with me"
After meeting at work, We have been sending each other 14-minute voice notes about ADHD, dating, mental health, and "wait, sorry, hold on, what was I saying?" We kept saying: "this is genuinely a podcast, we should record it."
After both being diagnosed with ADHD as adults, our conversations got even more meaningful. We realised the chats we were having privately about emotional dysregulation, RSD, the dating world with ADHD, were the chats we couldn't find anywhere else online. So we made them.
The format is simple: pick a topic, press record, see where the chat goes. Tangents stay in. The "wait, what was I saying?" moments stay in. The accidental wisdom stays in. Especially the accidental wisdom.
The podcast is built to feel like the deep chat you fall into with a random girl in the club bathroom at 3am. If you've ever felt seen by an overshare, you already get it.
Six things you can almost always count on when you press play.
The kind of detail you don't get in a glossy listicle. Symptoms, meds, titration, masking, melt-downs, hyperfocus, all of it.
Stories that should probably be illegal. Specific enough that you'll think we're talking about your ex. (We're not. We promise. Probably.)
Anxiety, RSD, emotional dysregulation, therapy talk. We're not therapists; we are two girls who've done the work and aren't pretending it's neat.
We don't edit tangents out. They are the show. Sometimes a chat about almond milk lattes ends in tears about your dad. We're prepared for it.
Every episode has a slot for the chaos you've sent in. Anonymous, unfiltered, occasionally horrifying. Always validated.
The bit where you suddenly cry in your car because we said something true at minute 38 that we didn't even plan. Welcome.
